Refund Policy


  • ● Our policy lasts for 60 days after purchase.
  • This is offered so you get a chance to try our products and see if they work for you. We are confident in the quality of our products and know that they work. We can also say that the majority of our customers are happy with their purchases from us
  • ● If you used our products and it is not working for you, send us an email at indicating the reason for claiming under the 60 days limit.
  • ● We will REFUND you for the SINGLE UNIT bought of each individual product (Pro-rated price after discount).
  • ● To get a refund for multiple units of the same products, please follow the product return instructions. This should be returned and received at our warehouse within 60 days after the date it was delivered to the customer.


  • ● All products that will be returned for a REFUND should be returned to us by mail.
  • ● Send us an email at informing us the intention to return products.
  • ● Items must be UNUSED, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in the SAME CONDITION as you received them.
  • ● You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance for orders being returned that cost more than $75.  
  • ● Send us the copy of the return shipping label and the picture of the package being returned.
  • ● We DO NOT GUARANTEE that we will receive your return item/s.
  • ● Once your returned item is received and inspected as confirmed by our warehouse team in Singapore, we will notify you via email with the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and reimbursement of funds will be allocated to the original form of payment.
