Shipping Policy

● All parcels are TRACEABLE using tracking number.
● We usually ship out orders within 48 business hours after confirming payment.
● SHIP TO ADDRESS entered on our website during the order process is FINAL. Please enter the complete and correct shipping address (including Unit #, suite #, Apt #, etc.)
● Once we dispatch the package, the customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery movement of their order. (while overseas – Asendia’s website // within destination country – country post office website)
● Shipping Options:

● An average of 7-12 business days to reach the destination country after warehouse dispatch.
● Package will be handed over to the LOCAL POST OFFICE in the destination country for delivery.

● This is a DHL service.
● An average of 7 business days after warehouse dispatch.
● Cannot deliver to a PO BOX Address.

● We will send automatic delivery notifications to the customer's registered email address, so please check your spam folder.
● Delivery times are only ESTIMATES and can take longer in some countries.
● Anabolic Health is not responsible for customs inspection, import fees and other charges mandated by the destination country government/customs office. All packages are subject to customs inspection for clearance. SOME COUNTRIES may impose and charge for customs inspection, import laws, customs duties and taxes, or any other import costs.
● Documents required by the country's customs office for clearance should all be provided by the receiver. If the invoice and product description are needed, please send us an email at
● Any local delay at the destination country is out of our control, please get in touch with your country post office / local post office for assistance.

● If there is a need to update the address or change the order, please send us an email at (Email Subject: CHANGE REQUEST + Order #)
● We will check your order and see if the system will still permit the changes. Otherwise, ALL ORDERS are FINAL.
● For address changes/update, the receiver can get in touch with their country's post office for assistance on forwarding the package to the correct address or arranging a pickup to the nearest local post office.

RETURNED PACKAGE due to incorrect/insufficient address, customs fee unpaid by the receiver, rejected package or the package was not cleared by the country customs office for any reason, please take note of the important details below:

● There is a possibility that your country’s customs office will destroy the package, as no one is claiming it. For DHL service, the receiver needs to give the authorization to send the package back to the sender, otherwise, it will be destroyed.
● Once the package is tagged as return to sender by the country/local post office, there is a big chance that the package will be LOST by the courier. The return shipping fee is not being paid and it is the LEAST PRIORITY of the courier to send it back to the shipper.
● For DHL service returns, the return shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount of the customer. Reshipment is an option, but it will be via standard shipping.
● The return can be successful, but it may take a long time. We will get in touch with the customer via email once the warehouse has confirmed that the package is received. We have bi-monthly report for the returned list.
● We can only issue a REFUND once the package is back to our warehouse in Singapore as confirmed by our warehouse team.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION provides insurance for packages that are LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED while IN-TRANSIT to the receiver. All approved claims are for one-time RESHIPMENT ONLY.

● With Asendia – this is approximately 45 days without movement as seen on Asendia’s website. Please send us an email
at and we will coordinate with Asendia regarding the whereabouts of your package. If they confirmed the package is LOST, we will file a claim for reshipment.
● With country post office / local post office – 45 days without movement on the country post office website. It is recommended that the receiver should get in touch with their country's post office first for assistance. Otherwise, please report it to us and send us an email at
● Please take note that having an incorrect / insufficient address and returned packages is not covered by the shipping protection.

● This is applicable for orders that are tagged DELIVERED but the customer did not receive the order.
● For orders $199 and below, please send us an email at Please give us a brief summary of what happened and this is subject to investigation and approval.
● For orders more than $200, please submit a POLICE REPORT regarding the stolen package.

● Please indicate how many packets or capsules are damaged. Reshipment or credit to be issued is subject to approval.
